Bachelor of Science in Music Education from University of Minnesota, former professional musician in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Joe was also a High School band director.

Worked in the Music Business for 35 years in the Los Angeles Area.

Retired in 2001.

Decided retirement wasn't what it is made up to be, and, found the Old Pueblo Brass Band.
